The AntwerpXL trade show and conference will return with a live, in-person event on December 7-9, 2021.

The event has been delayed since spring 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, with the relaxation of travel rules and the roll out of vaccination programmes, the organiser is confident that the event will go ahead.

Sophie McKimm, event manager for AntwerpXL, said: “We are thrilled to bring the breakbulk and project cargo community together again. The industry has been weathering an unprecedented storm over the last 18 months and we need to all get our heads together, regroup and share ideas of how we can move forward prosperously into 2022.

“This year we have an amazing conference programme and exclusive VIP programme that we are in the process of finalising. We will be celebrating the next generation of breakbulk professionals with AntwerpXL’s 40 Under 40, and visitors will get an overview of all the latest tech in our Innovation Start-Up Zone. That’s on top of all our normal networking, breakfasts, dinners and receptions. It’s going to be amazing, bring on December.”
