Global marine, energy, and offshore consultancy service provider AqualisBraemar has established an office in the port of Tyne, to support growing services and clients in North East England.

Mark Lomas

“It may seem odd to announce the opening of a new office when much of the world and the UK is restricted to working from home due to the Covid-19 outbreak. However, this is part of our long-term plan given the rapid growth of our rig services,” said Mark Lomas, regional managing director for Europe and Africa at AqualisBraemar.

Steven Lee, director of rig inspection added: “The North East of England has always been a hotbed of offshore engineering talent and we aim to tap further into this.”

The office is in Boldon Business Park.
