Blue Water defends Norwegian contract

Blue Water Shipping has signed a seven-year logistics contract with the Norwegian Armed Forces.

As part of the contract, valued at NOK315 million (USD38.87 million), Blue Water will be responsible for the transport of part loads and full loads globally. In cooperation with several other suppliers, Blue Water will also handle special and project shipments.

Blue Water has cooperated with the Norwegian Armed Forces since 2014.

The agreement was signed in Oslo with Forsvarets Logisstikkorganisasjon (FLO), which provides logistics services to the Norwegian Armed Forces and defence sector.
