Crane Worldwide Logistics has expanded its presence in the Middle East with the opening of an office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The office is located in Al-Khobar, which is served by King Fahd International Airport and King Abdul Aziz Port, and will provide airfreight, ocean freight and logistics services to clients in the region.

"Saudi Arabia is seen by ourselves and many of our clients as an upcoming logistics hub," said Gerard Ryan, regional vice president - Europe, the Middle East and Africa. "With economic diversification as a focus, commercial growth is paving the way for transport infrastructure development particularly at airport and ocean ports."

With offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Crane Worldwide Logistics says having strategic locations in the Middle East, as a major crossroad between Asia, Africa and Europe, allows the company to expand its services to clients in other regions.
