DEME integrates offshore activities

Belgium-headquartered marine contractor DEME has integrated its various offshore subsidiaries, including GeoSea, Tideway, A2Sea and EverSea, into one unit – DEME Offshore.

Hugo Bouvy has been appointed as the group’s managing director.

Bart De Poorter will assume the role of general manager for all DEME Offshore’s renewable energy activities. Lucas Bols has been named general manager for the group’s oil and gas and other offshore-related activities.
