Meanwhile, country manager for Denzai Bangladesh Omar Faruk has been promoted to managing director of the subsidiary. He joined the company in 2018 and in his time led various national projects in the infrastructure and power plant sectors.
“Denzai Group’s overseas businesses are projected to achieve consolidated revenue growth of more than 30 percent year-on-year in the fiscal year ending March 2026,” said Kohki Uemura, president and ceo, Denzai. “As our overseas operations enter a new phase of growth, and in order to build a stronger and more sustainable management structure, I have decided to entrust the role of managing director of our overseas subsidiaries – previously held concurrently by myself – to senior executives who have demonstrated both proven results and the trust of their teams.”
Last month, HLPFI reported that Denzai had formed a strategic partnership with turbine installation provider Global Wind Service (GWS).
