Freight forwarding company deugro has sold its business in Russia via a management buyout.
deugro’s former local management in Russia has acquired the business on September 5. “This concludes deugro’s intent of divesting its interests in Russia since the advent of the war and subsequently winding down its activities. The final closing is performed, and the official registration of the transaction took place,” said deugro in a short statement issued September 14.
