EMS Chartering has opened an office in St. Petersburg, Russia.
"With our new office in St. Petersburg we intently show our colours in this region,” says EMS Chartering’s managing director Andreas Walter.
He expects the demand for transport services to increase in Eastern Europe within the next couple of years. “Having a branch office in the region grants us the opportunity to propel the growth and to profit from it,” added Walter.
Since the beginning of June, Alexey Yemtsov, senior representative/ chartering manager, has been leading EMS Chartering’s activities in Eastern Europe.
Based in Leer, EMS Chartering has added two other locations in recent years – one in Bremen during 2018 and another in Feldkirch, Austria during 2019.
EMS Chartering is part of the EMS-Fehn-Group.
