The Netherlands-headquartered ForestWave has acquired Noordriver Shipping, which provides chartering services for the dry bulk, project, and heavy lift cargo markets.
The acquisition follows a long-standing and successful cooperation between the two companies, said ForestWave.
All Noordriver activities will continue to be run as before under the ForestWave name.
Last year, Spliethoff Group acquired a majority stake in Forestwave.
