Geodis Spain has appointed Juan Antonio Alonso as national sales manager for its freight forwarding and contract logistics divisions.
Alonso has over two decades of experience in the logistics industry. He will be based in Valencia and will be responsible for the commercial activity of both divisions.
The appointment is part of Geodis’ expansion plans in Spain, which include recent developments such as the opening of an office in Seville for the freight forwarding division, as well as the establishment of an e-commerce warehouse in the province of Guadalajara.
