Ginckels joins Euroports

July 22 - Effective July 15, 2013 Gunther Ginckels has been appointed business unit director breakbulk at Euroports Benelux and France.

Ginckels joins Euroports from Port of Antwerp International where he served as ceo. He has worked within the maritime industry for 35-years, holding senior positions within Safmarine and Maersk.
 
In his new position, Ginckels will be responsible for one of Europe's largest breakbulk terminals, Quay 1207 on the Leftbank of Antwerp, Belgium. The terminal specialises in handling, storage and distribution services for Euroports' forest products and steel customers.
