April 25 - Herfurth Logistics, part of the Herfurth Group, has acquired the Netherlands-based companies M-Star Freight Services and Falconex.
Olivier d'Hoop, ceo of Herfurth Logistics, commented that the acquisition allows Herfurth to extend its scope in the Netherlands and in the project logistics sector.
M-STAR and Falconex specialise in ocean freight and project logistics and have over 20 years of experience in the sector.
The acquisition was completed on January 1, 2017.
