Kuehne+Nagel (K+N) has appointed Marcus Claesson as its chief information officer and Shirley Sharma Paterson as global head of sales.
Boasting more than 25 years of experience in international IT leadership roles, Claesson will succeed Martin Kolbe, who will retire on October 1, 2025. Claesson, who was most recently with Daimler Truck and has also worked for AB Electrolux and Linde Group, will join K+N on September 1, 2025.
Sharma Paterson brings with her upwards of 25 years of global experience in the supply chain industry, most recently serving as senior vice president at DB Schenker. Her position at K+N is effective August 1, 2025.
In November 2024, HLPFI reported that K+N had launched a specialised logistics division catering to the cloud infrastructure industry.
