Marko Tulokas has been appointed president and ceo of crane manufacturer Konecranes, effective June 1, 2025.
Tulokas joined Konecranes in 2004 and has held several senior business leadership roles in the company. His most recent role was business area president, industrial equipment. He succeeds current president and ceo Anders Svensson, who will leave the company on July 19, 2025, as HLPFI reported here.
“I’m grateful for the support and trust placed in me by the board of directors, and I take my appointment as a vote of confidence for the entire Konecranes team,” commented Tulokas. “Our business model has proven to be resilient in today’s turbulent world, and I’m confident about our success also in the future.”
Last month, Combined Cargo Terminals (CCT) added a ninth Konecranes Gottwald mobile harbour crane (MHC).
