Laso Transportes has boosted its French footing with the acquisition of St. Étienne-headquartered STDR-TEDL.
The deal forms part of Laso’s international expansion plans. The Portugal-headquartered firm now has eight branches covering France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Mozambique, Netherlands, Slovenia and Spain. It boasts a fleet of approximately 2,000 pieces of equipment.
