Metro Ports has appointed Laurie Nelson-Cooley as director of business development. She will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding multi-cargo capabilities, and supporting the company’s long-term terminal development strategy.
She joins Metro Ports from Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA), where she was senior business development manager. Prior to that, she served as manager of business development for 16 years at the port of Longview.
