Nominate a colleague for the Lifetime Achievement Award

HLPFI is seeking nominations for the Lifetime Achievement Award category for this year's Heavy Lift Awards.

The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to an individual that has made a long-lasting impact on the heavy lift, specialised transport and project forwarding industry.

You can enter your nominations for this category online with a short explanation of why you think your nomination deserves to be considered for this award.

The winner of this award will be revealed at the 2020 awards ceremony, which will take place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on October 21.

2019 winner

Steve Drugan, senior vice president of deugro group.

Last year, Steve Drugan, senior vice president at deugro (USA), was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Heavy Lift Awards 2019 ceremony in Antwerp.

Drugan was described as “a hallmark of our industry, someone who has tremendous influence on the lives of the individuals that they have worked with, and a mentor”.

Speaking to HLPFI after the event, Drugan said: “It was an unforgettable and emotional evening for me winning the Lifetime Achievement Award. I certainly did not expect to win, and am extremely honoured and humbled to receive such a prestigious award.”
