NPT Brasil (NPT) – part of the Trans Global Projects Group (TGP) – will be renamed TGP Brasil Projetos & Transportes Internacionais to match the parent brand, effective May 1, 2021.
NPT Brasil has been part of TGP since 2018. Bringing the subsidiary under TGP’s Brazilian banner is part of the group’s efforts to streamline commercial activities and strengthen its global presence.
“By bringing NPT into the TGP brand, we are creating a strong platform for further global growth…this brand merger means increased scale and relevance,” said Joerg Roehl, ceo Europe and South America at TGP.
Marco Bregoli will remain as managing director of TGP’s Brazilian division. The global executive board of TGP will also remain the same.
