Crane rental services, heavy lifting, and engineered transport provider Sarens and global construction machinery manufacturer XCMG Machinery have signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Signed by legal representatives of both companies at bauma 2025 in Munich, the intention of the agreement is to strengthen collaboration across various fields which, in turn, allows both firms to reduce costs and increase revenue via mutual support and shared knowledge.
Sarens and XCMG expect to deepen client relationships, raise the quality of their respective operations, along with promoting innovation and growth.
“This strategic partnership is a milestone that sets the foundation for long-term cooperation between our two companies,” said representatives from XCMG and Sarens during the signing ceremony. “Together, we will unlock new opportunities, drive comprehensive progress, and position ourselves at the forefront of the global machinery and heavy transport sectors.”
Last month, Sarens unveiled the SCG-120-1, an upgraded version of its SGC-120 crane.
