Sea & Ports Group has finalised the acquisition of NAL Maroc Maritime Agency in Morocco.
Sea & Ports acquired a portion of the company, whose main activity involves representing South Korean shipping company HMM in the country, back in 2022.
The acquisition of NAL Maroc, which is headquartered in Casablanca and has a presence in Tangier and Agadir, supports Sea & Ports Group’s strategy to increase its presence in Africa and further establish itself as a significant player in the traffic through the Strait of Gibraltar.
In addition to supporting HMM, the group’s new agency will also become the representative in Morocco for Marguisa Shipping Lines, a maritime line within the Sea & Ports Group.
