The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) has named Frans Tjallingii as chairman of its board of directors, effective immediately.
He has more than 20 years of leadership experience and has previously served on PRPA’s board.
Tjallingii replaces Bud Smith, who has been a member of the board since 2012.
