UTC partners with Transaex

October 7 - UTC Overseas Brasil has signed a strategic alliance with Brazilian consultant Transaex Comercio Internacional.

Transaex is a leading consultant in foreign trade for capital expenditure projects. It has more than 40 years of experience in the management of complex across the oil and gas, cement, mining, infrastructure, and power generation and distribution sectors.

UTC Overseas said the two companies would combine their expertise and provide end-to-end logistics services as Brazil continues to adapt to the challenges of a global economy.

"Our joint goal is to anticipate customers' needs and generate strategies that will bring efficiency to the logistics processes of our clients, while adhering to international business standards for best practice", says Marco Poisler, executive vice president of UTC Overseas Houston.  "Collectively, our two firms have been important members of the Brazilian business community for four decades, and we are both committed to continued investment in Brazil."
