Fesco Transportation Group has appointed Leonid Zvyagintsev to its board of directors as vice president of finance.
Konstantin Kolesnikov, who served as vice president for human resources for the group, has resigned from the management board.
Other members of the board include Maxim Sakharov, president; Ekaterina Grishkovets, vice president of external relations; Yuri Plotnikov, vice president of security; Ilya Rodionov, vice president of legal and corporate affairs; Konstantin Teterin, vice president of linear logistics division; Aydemir Usakhov, vice president of the railway division; and Zairbek Yusupov, vice president of port division.
