Sarens Group acquires Canada Crane Services

March 18 - Sarens North America Holding Inc, a member of the Sarens Group, has acquired Canada Crane Services Inc., headquartered in Nisku, Alberta.

Canada Crane Services, a family-owned and operated company since its founding 25 years ago, provides engineered heavy lift and transport services throughout western Canada, building a reputation for providing innovative solutions, quality equipment and skilled operators who have achieved an outstanding record of on-the-job performance and safety, says a company statement.

By leveraging the strengths of both organisations, the Sarens Group is well-positioned to extend its services to customers in Alberta and all of western Canada, providing a full range of heavy lift and heavy haul services to the region.

Leading the effort will be Terry Danderfer, who assumes the role of managing director after successfully guiding Canada Crane Services since its inception. Also joining the new organisation are two seasoned and respected industry veterans, Gordon Guenette and Clarence Zu
