Fracht Group has opened an office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – its first office in Central Asia.
An emerging logistics hub, Tashkent plays a key role in connecting Europe and Asia, which makes it a valuable addition to Fracht’s global network, the forwarder explained.
It added: “Central Asia is becoming increasingly important in global logistics. Its strategic location makes it a natural bridge between major markets, facilitating the flow of goods along vital trade routes like the Silk Road. Establishing our office in Tashkent allows us to support efficient and reliable connections between Asia and Europe, meeting the growing demand for transport solutions in this dynamic region.”
The Tashkent office will focus on Customs clearance, road and rail transport, airfreight, and project coordination.
