Neville Darlaston has been named chief operating officer – general cargo, Fracht USA. With 16 years of experience at Fracht alone, Darlaston will lead general cargo operations and will be based in Houston.

Meanwhile, Jerry Campanucci has been promoted to chief commercial officer – general cargo, Fracht USA. He joined the company in 2007 and was most recently executive vice president of sales & global procurement at Fracht USA. Campanucci will lead commercial strategy, global procurement, and customer engagement endeavours across Fracht USA.

Benjamin Liewald is the third appointment for Fracht USA, as he takes up the role of chief operating officer – projects, Fracht USA. He brings more than 24 years of logistics and project management experience – in that time leading the creation of the company’s US project team in 2024, ultimately expanding Fracht’s heavy lift, rail and overall project capabilities.

In his new role, Liewald will lead the implementation of a specialised division focused on EPC clients whilst continuing to focus on strategy and setup for future growth of the company’s project footprint across the region.

The trio of appointments come as Regina Cross is to retire at the end of the year, who is currently assisting with the transition. “We are incredibly grateful for Regina’s contributions and the positive impact she has had on our company,” said Reiner Wiederkehr, ceo of Fracht USA. “She has played a key role in shaping who we are today, and she will always be a valued member of the Fracht family.”

Last month, Fabian Reyes joined Fracht North America as vice president of strategic business development.
