November 4 - The Saudi-based Almajdouie Group is celebrating after being named number one in the Innovation for Business Sector category of the Saudi Innovation Index 2010.
Abduallah bin Ali Almajdouie, president of the group, pictured, attributed the achievement to the hard work of the company's people.
He said: "Employees play a crucial role in the success of companies and we must involve all employees to bring improvements at their work place, tapping their minds, exploring ideas and solutions."
Almajdouie celebrated with a function at the Sheraton Hotel, Dammam. The event was attended by group managers, executives and members of a company programme focussing on culture, work improvement and cost savings.
