3PL Group has coordinated the delivery of a large yacht moulding module from Gdansk, Poland, to the UAE.
The project was a collaboration of the teams from 3PL Poland and 3PL Industrial Projects. The module was transported from the factory to the port by barge and then directly transferred onto the multipurpose vessel BBC Nile for onward transport to the UAE.
The operation required precise coordination and involved multiple critical stages, said 3PL. Loading of the cargo onto the barge was performed using a mobile crane starting at 06:00 in the morning, followed by barge transportation to the seaport, where the heavy yacht moulding module was directly transhipped from the barge onto BBC Nile using the vessel’s heavy lift cranes.
All operations were successfully completed by around 22:00, allowing the vessel to sail the same day.
HLPFI reported earlier this year that 3PL Industrial Projects had delivered three boilers from Klaipėda, Lithuania to London’s Edmonton EcoPark.
