Scaldis Salvage & Marine Contractors has utilised its heavy lift vessel Gulliver to complete an extensive decommissioning campaign in Hoondert, Flushing.
On behalf of Wintershall Noordzee, Gulliver removed four platforms. Despite unfavourable weather conditions, Scaldis said the platforms were safely removed and brought to shore for further decommissioning works in order to recycle materials.
Scaldis will work with Wintershall Noordzee for another decommissioning campaign in the summer of 2024.
