Tradelossa completes Mexican heavy haul with its FAKTOR 5 girder bridge system.

With precise, detailed planning and expert execution, the Tradelossa team transported a 282-tonne transformer measuring 11 m in length and 4.5 m in width/height. It was moved from the port of Altamira, Tamaulipas to Apodaca, Nuevo León, a distance of 450 km.

The company provided end-to-end guidance, support, and precise resource deployment from the start of the project, including detailed route analysis and the acquisition of special permits.

The transport configuration comprised 48 modular axles (14 front + 14 rear), a Goldhofer FAKTOR 5 girder bridge beam system (550-tonne capacity with rotation technology), plus four heavy-duty prime movers.

Tradelossa is member of the The Heavy Lift Group (THLG).
