September 13 - Agility has received the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) "A" certification for its Budapest and Helsinki offices, recognising the company's capabilities in implementing the highest security standards for its supply chain sol

TAPA "A" is a coveted industry security accreditation, which is awarded to facilities that meet the utmost security standards for the handling of high-value goods in supply chains, after the successful completion of a detailed assessment conducted by independent auditors.

"In applying sound security standards, timely and accurate reporting of losses and expeditious movement of product, we are constantly working to improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction," said Beat Simon, CEO Europe.

TAPA is a unique forum uniting manufacturers, logistics providers, freight carriers and law enforcement agencies, with the common aim of reducing losses from the international supply chain. Every point of transfer, change of possession, or manner of conveyance represents an opportunity for loss, damage, misdirection or theft.
