UK-headquartered Air One International Holdings has taken delivery of its second Boeing 777 freighter for use by its affiliate cargo airline, One Air.

HLPFI reported that Air One had taken delivery of its first B777 freighter in August. The 107-tonne capacity freighter arrived at the UK’s East Midlands Airport (EMA) on November 19, where began commercial operations on Air One’s scheduled Hong Kong – EMA route.
“The Boeing 777 freighter is an outstanding cargo aircraft,” commented Peter Scholten, Air One’s chief commercial officer. “Taking delivery of a second 777F strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services on key Asia – Europe trade lanes.”
These two B777 freighters join Air One’s fleet of 11 B747 freighters.
Last month, Air One appointed Clair Gunn as its commercial operations director.
