BBC Chartering sells Teras BBC interest

June 12 - US headquartered Teras Cargo Transport has acquired 100 percent ownership of Teras BBC - its heavy lift ocean transport joint venture with Germany headquartered BBC Chartering.

BBC Chartering stated it would continue to provide global ocean carriage of heavy lift and project cargoes to its commercial clients, which are not affected by this transaction.
 
Teras Cargo Transport services will continue uninterrupted, in support of its US government and commercial activities.
 
Teras BBC, based out of Houston, USA was formed in 2011 and operates the 7,500 dwt multipurpose vessel BBC Houston.
