April 11 - A catalogue of difficulties - permit denials, a missed sailing and a ten-week effort to secure the go-ahead from 13 French prefectures to permit surface transport - did not prevent freight forwarder Transport & Project Logistics Project (TPL) f

Each piece  weighed in at 84 tonnes with a height of 4.25 m and exceeded French legal weights for the country's roads. As a result, some equipment was removed from each dryer and remounted at the quayside in Antwerp just before loading on to the NYK ship that would take the cargo to Jeddah.
