Duluth names director

September 20 - The Duluth Seaway Port Authority has revealed Vanta E. Coda II as its new executive director.

Effective October 1, Coda succeeds Adolph Ojard, who will be retiring from the job after more than a decade at the helm of the agency.

To this leadership post, Coda brings over 20 years of experience in multi-modal transportation and logistics, most recently serving as director of fuel transportation for Dynegy Inc in Houston.
