July 31 - India's Express Global Logistics (EXG) organised the delivery of four 42-tonne transformers from Haydarpasa, Turkey to Doha in Qatar.
Each transformer measured 7.35 m x 2.95 m x 2.95 m. EXG was tasked with delivering the components on a hook-to-hook basis in 35 days, but managed to complete the shipment in just 26 days.
The load and discharge of each oversize transformer was completed safely and in a timely fashion, said EXG.
Express Global Logistics is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) and the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC).
