August 4 - London Offshore Consultants (LOC) has opened its first French office in Paris.
The new office will initially focus on offshore projects and seek to develop links with the French shipping sector and insurance firms, said LOC.
The operation will be headed up by structural engineer, Hugues Delanoue, who joined LOC in 2008.
