Hamilton Port names chief

December 1 - Hamilton Port Authority's (HPA) board of directors has appointed Ian Hamilton as president and ceo of the Canadian port, with effect from January 1, 2017.

Hamilton has served as HPA's vice president of business development and real estate since 2008.

He has over 25 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry across Europe and North America, having held senior positions at CP Ships and Hapag-Lloyd.
