Jumbo completes pre-installation scope

Jumbo has completed the pre-installation of a shallow water catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) system at a depth of 26 m for the Mersa El-Hamra terminal project, offshore Egypt.

On behalf of Wepco and Micoperi, Jumbo utilised its heavy lift vessel Fairplayer to pre-lay ten Stevshark drag anchors and six chain moorings. Jumbo was also responsible for the tensioning of the mooring legs.
