Payne will represent the U.S. South Atlantic port region.

"As CEO for one of the nation's major cargo handling ports and a long-respected member of the maritime community, Stan Payne has demonstrated great leadership. "We're looking forward to 2013 when Port Canaveral hosts our association's annual convention, which is AAPA's top annual event and one that truly showcases the host port," he added.
