Ryano in Colombian cook up

October 12 - Ryano Logistics has coordinated the transport of a large industrial oven from the Netherlands to Antioquia in Colombia.

The consignment was split into three over-dimensional units, weighing between 15 and 22 tonnes and measuring up to 14.5 m long.

Ryano explained that it handled both the transport and Customs clearance in the Netherlands, as well as arranging equipment at Vlissingen port in order to ensure the safe loading of the cargo onto the vessel.

From Vlissingen the oven was shipped to the Colombian port of Santa Marta, where it was transported onwards to its final destination in Antioquia.

Ryano Logistics is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) in Peru.
