Coyne Airways appoints Air Logistics to sell maindeck capacity

January 26 - Coyne Airways has appointed Air Logistics as its general sales agent in the United States to increase the airline's share of air cargo shipments to the Caspian region and the Middle East.

Air Logistics will be responsible for all US sales for Coyne Airways with the exception of certain states where the company will continue its sales and marketing activities with Ray Wach who has been Coyne Airways' sales representative in this region since 2005.

Larry Coyne, CEO of Coyne Airways, said: "Air Logistics will provide wider geographical coverage and local contacts to meet the growing demand for the destinations we serve."

The airline operates a range of scheduled and charter maindeck services suitable for project cargo activity to the region and has a significant regional office location in Dubai. It operates a B747F from London Stansted and Cologne to its Caspian hub of Tbilisi, as well as utilising Tupolev 204, IL-76 and AN12 freighters suitable for out-of-gauge project cargo.
