Fesco shuffles board of directors

June 17 - Fesco's vice president, legal and corporate affairs, Dmitry Shokhin, is leaving the company and resigning from the management board.

Vladimir Chisnakov and Olga Litvinova have been appointed to join the group management board.

Chisnakov has been named first vice president, liner and logistic division; while Litvinova becomes vice president, human resources.

which Fesco says will strengthen its commercial and human resources operations.

The remaining members of the board of directors include: president, Alexandrs Isurins; first vice president, Vladimir Korchanov; Yury Melyakin, vice president, security; Maxim Sakharov, vice president, finance; and Zairbek Yusupov, vice president, port division.
