Bolloré heats up in Kenya

Bolloré Logistics has successfully transported a consignment of out-of-gauge (OOG) components from the port of Mombasa, Kenya, to the Olkaria III Geothermal Power Station in Nakuru County.

The 17 truckloads of geothermal equipment - including 18 OOG units, and 15 outsized units - were transported using Bolloré's own fleet of all-steering 4-axle and hydraulic modular trailers.

The trailers were highly-adapted, and made movement into confined roads easier for transporting the components - some of which were up to 19 m in length.
