ABS releases LMP updates

May 8 - Naval management software and ship design specialist Herbert-ABS Software Solutions, has released the newest version of its Load Management Programme (LMP) for offshore vessels.

LMP 2.1 can be customised for individual vessels including semi-submersibles, SPARs, TLPs and jack-ups, and can account for all loads acting on a vessel. For day-to-day weight management, stability evaluation and regulatory compliance the LMP 2.1 offers a range of entry tools and displays.
The original LMP was launched approximately 10 years ago. LMP 2.1 boasts a number of innovations to improve its accuracy and usability.
