Aryamasir pumps up

May 13 - Aryamasir International Transport has delivered five 30-tonne truck-mounted concrete boom pumps from Bandar Abbas, Iran to Mary in Turkmenistan.

Afshin Daryaie, general manager of Aryamasir, explained that Iran is an ideal location for transit cargo to Turkmenistan. "The shortest route is less than 2,000 km from Iran's main southern port, Bandar Abbas, to the northeast borders," he said.

"The three active borders between Iran and Turkmenistan provide huge access and cheap rates for transiting containers, breakbulk and heavy lift shipments."

Aryamasir is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) representing both Iran and Azerbaijan.
