Bryn Thomas opens fourth depot

July 14 - UK based crane hire company Bryn Thomas Cranes has opened its fourth depot in Manchester.

Bryn Thomas also has depots in Flint, Durham and Scunthorpe.

The new depot will initially have eight cranes deployed at the site, as well as contract lifting support staff and logistical support vans. The Manchester based cranes will range in capacity from 35 to 100 tonnes.

The Manchester depot will be managed by Garry Burke, who previously held the position of depot manager for Ainscough Crane Hire in Manchester.

According to Bryn Thomas, the site will increase its fleet to 16 cranes within a 24-month period, with two new 40-tonne capacity Liebherr cranes being delivered to the depot in September 2016.
