May 7 - UK based airline Virgin Atlantic Cargo has promoted Steve Hughes to regional vice president sales for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Hughes will be based at London Heathrow International airport and will report to Virgin Atlantic's head of sales, Nick Jones.
Hughes joined Virgin Atlantic in 2005 as UK account manager. A year later he was promoted to Europe offline and interline manager. Hughes started his new role May 1, 2013.
