Boluda Port Services – a division of Spanish shipping company Boluda Corporación Marítima – has acquired Amarradores del Puerto de la Bahía de Cádiz.
Boluda Port Services said the acquisition forms part of its plans to consolidate its strategic position in the south of Spain. The purchase also follows the launch of the Canarias line – a daily service from the port of Cádiz to Canary Islands that began operations during November 2020.
