Royal Boskalis Westminster, together with its co-shareholder Kotug International, completed the sale of Kotug Smit Towage to Boluda Group.
The deal was announced on March 4, 2019, as HLPFI reported here. Boskalis said that it received EUR93.6 million (USD103.3 million) in cash for its share in the joint venture.
